Quoted from Chris Lanier of Los Angeles:
"A picture may be worth a thousand words...but try drawing
the Gettysburg Address."
Also quoted from Chris Lanier, a poster he saw years ago on the
wall of movie marketing executive Richard Smith, referring to the
pressure the creative advertising people often feel to satisfy the
executives by hitting every high-testing marketing points in the
trailer, even if the trailer suffers creatively as a result:
"When the guys upstairs get exactly what they want,
They get exactly what they deserve."
